Our primary school teacher Mrs. Uma Varadharajan has been awarded the prestigious Best Teacher Award by the Education Minister, Mr. Anbil Mahesh, at the Engal Mylapore program. This event recognized the outstanding contributions of teachers from schools across Mylapore.

Our Mathematics teacher Mrs. Latha R received the prestigious Best Teacher Award from the CSSC East Cluster in recognition of her 28 years of dedicated service in the field of education.

KOH BOON HWEE SCHOLARS AWARD-2023-2024

We are thrilled to announce that Yamini Prashanth, an alumna of Vidya Mandir, was awarded the prestigious Koh Boon Hwee Scholars award by the Nanyang Technological University(NTU), Singapore, for her academic prowess and achievements. The award allows the recipient to honour and felicitate one teacher from her school and Yamini Prashanth nominated her former Biotech teacher Mrs. Santhi Sathiapalan, an esteemed former faculty member of the school. NTU has issued a grant of five thousand dollars in Mrs. Sathiapalan’s name, to be awarded to one aspiring and worthy candidate of Vidya Mandir School as a future student at the Nanyang Technological University.
